Patricia B.
Patricia grew up in the Mt. Lookout Grange family and has lifelong memories of the hall and the community it fostered. As a young person, she participated in 4-H projects, watched talent shows, learned to sew on donated Singer sewing machines, square danced, and even shared a few slow dances with her first boyfriend under the Grange roof.
When the Grange faced an uncertain future, Patricia played a key role in helping revive the organization in 2013 with the support of the Mancos community. She is incredibly proud of how far the Grange has come since then and the vibrant gathering place it has become once again.
For Patricia, the Grange represents tradition, community, and the enduring spirit of neighbors coming together to support one another—values she has helped preserve for future generations.
